Benchrest Shooters Canada (BRSC) is an organization that sanctions Benchrest matches. The maintaining of a record book, rule books and national events fall under the umbrella of BRSC. There is substantial history for this organization in Canada going back decades. I will see if I can find someone to write the history as it predates my involvement in Benchrest. The following clubs are currently holding BRSC sanctioned matches; Rosebud (Calgary), Regina, Selkirk.

There is an annual National Championship, at which the AGM is also held. The 2011 Nationals will be held at the Selkirk Game & Fish range in Manitoba on July 2,3 with a practice day on July 1.

Membership is $25 and follows the Calendar Year. You will need to be a BRSC member to shoot in a sanctioned match.
